Sergito is becoming more and more fun every day as he learns to speak and interact more and more. He's also so fun to watch when he's excited about it. I love how at that age the simplest things can be positively thrilling. The other day he got excited to the point of laughing and jumping up and down just from Sergio spinning a hanger around in circles. The simple joys of life are so much easier to appreciate when seen through the eyes of a child.
For family night this week we decided to decorate a gingerbread house. Sergito was super excited and kept saying over and over again "Choo choo house, choo choo house". Choo choo, gingerbread, they sound kind of the same. It was all going well, he even enjoyed gluing on some of the candies for a while until he decided that eating them was a far better plan. His love for candy became so great that with candy spilling out of his mouth he turned to Sergio and said "Daddy more candy". As you can see here there is almost as much candy in his mouth as there is on the house.
