Blast From the Past Vol I: SERGITO pt. 3

4th of July and a Day Trip to Kirtland with our Dearborn MBA clan. One of the most memorable moments for Sergio Sr. that day was tasting fresh cherries for the first time.

Dearborn Highlights: Greenfield village, where Sergito and I spent as much time as possible, visiting the Ford Mansion, Ford headquarters, 1st hugs, and in case you can't read the caption in the middle picture it says "Que travesura hago ahora?"

Had to stop in Nauvoo on our way back west. Kevin and Diana met up with us at Nauvoo. We made sure we got a hotel with a pool on the way, and enjoyed family when we arrived just in time for Aunt Ana Maria's birthday.

"If you think I'm cute, you should see my uncle". Despite spending a lot of time with Sergito, David never really exploited him to get girls, despite our encouragement to do so.

Great gramps, Grandma Garcia, and Great Aunt Neta come to visit. Drinking Root beer with uncle David, getting his first haircut, and enjoying the wonder of fallen leaves.

Merry Christmas. This was before Sergito could enjoy the wonder of presents and we had to distract him with a crayon which is basically liquid sugar.

Trip to Colombia. OK technically this was after he was one, but we had to include the Roundy Bravo reunion. He had plenty of fun with attention: pushing Monica in the stroller wanting to be the big boy, playing in the water, discovering the beach, and laughing hysterically when Grandpa Roundy dunked his own head underwater, conveniently leaving Sergito's dry.
